Imbalanced movement patterns and chronically tight muscles can lead to pain and degeneration in the hips and knees. In this instructional audio recording, you will learn exercises that you can do on a daily basis to relieve pain in your hips and knees, release chronically contracted hip and leg muscles, prevent degeneration and recurring injuries, and correct misalignment of the hips and knees.
Clinical Somatic Education is gentle, therapeutic, and suitable for all ages and physical abilities. The exercises are an excellent way to warm up and get rid of stiffness in the morning, or wind down and release tension at night or after a workout.
